need help translating a song
Hello Ka Binasaya-ers,
I need help translating the hymn Amazing Grace into Bisaya - I tried to literally translate it and it sounded awful, can someone please translate it into sounding more poetic, the words don't have to be exact translation just the idea of God's amazing grace...
Here's the song in English

That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind but now I see.
Twas Grace that taught my heart to see
And Grace my fears relieved
How precious did that Grace appear

Ako nasalaag apan nakaplagan, buta ug nakakita.
Ang grasya nagtudlo kanako pagsalig sa akong Dios,
Pagkabililhon gyod sa grasyang miabot dihang mituo ko.
Bisan daghang kalisdanan nga akong naagian,
Ang grasya sa Dios maoy nagalig-on, giya pagpauli ko.
Gipasaligan ko sa Dios, sa kaayohan ko,
