Please help me translate and understand

Please help me with understanding the typing of "DHA" and "CYA" in conversations.

The conversations I'm trying to translate include a lot of "DHA" and "CYA," i think i know the common meaning of these terms but i am really unsure now as it is used in most conversations to a lot of different people. I will try give some example below:

aw ingon cya iya ra gisend ni cindy.

Sir admin if I may suggest for this website why don't you try to open this site a little bit for different user in contributing words, you know just like wikipedia so it will give more interaction with other users.

I hope this website would be more collaborative to all bisaya users. I hope anybody can contribute freely for the fast progress of this website cause I really want this to be friendly to all users.

From what I notice there are words that only used exclusively in a certain sitio or barangay. We have our own vocabularies in our place that I just cant find here.

I hope you consider my insights for this website.

Examples are

hinguyatid: Means to stretch one's arms or legs.

bala (which first "a" is pronounced longer): means someone or something is thrown away by a powerful or violent force.

sakat (the "kat" part is pronounce fast): means someone or something is thrown in the air  by a powerful or violent force.
