"Parang bliw k naniwala kaagad" is of Tagalog dialect. But then, the syntax is quite wrong it should have been said like this "Para kang gago, naniwala ka kaagad" for it sounds like a spoken Tagalog. When translated to Cebuano it is "Mura ka og buang, mituo dayon" and in English "You are such a stupid, you easily believed" (You're stupid and you believed it) or "You look crazy for believing right then."
