Its a bit difficult to even understand this gay slang, usually its a word that is reversed. I don't know why gays are doing it these days back in the 80s it was not. Also I do not know in what context are they talking about so its still confusing and I can only be guessing with this.

So trying to reverse it... maski og karf... it could probably mean 'even if its karf'??? I presume the word 'do' is actually OG which means literally in English as AND or could be IF, depending on how its being used. In any case it can also be rephrased as 'and even if its karf...' FRAK can even mean Fuck... but that would mean they are Sci-fi fans.
