-an  = The object experiences the action.

hutdon - means  to deplete, consume.

hutdan - means run low, run out.

In the case of hutda, it is an imperative and will take the meaning of hutdon.

There is no personal case in Binisaya derivations, Spanish conjugations are not transposable into Binisaya.

Other derivations:

-on  = derives either a future verb or an adjective.

-an  = derives either a future verb or a noun.

In the case of hatagon, this means a thing set aside to be given or giveable.

You will also notice the pronunciation of this word is accented on the last syllable.

So, "hatagon ta ka" is ungrammatical.
