Hi , I am not a native  Cebuano and therefore not fluent , I know this word as meaning  he/she is sexy, likes sex or even is hungry for  sex.

It can be a bad word if the person it is aimed at is strictly Catholic or upset by such language.

usually it s just a descriptive and a harmless word

I guess it can have different meanings to different areas of Visayas or even the provinces.
