What is the difference between Nia, Naa, and Tua (and Adunay)

As said in the title. I'm confused about these words. Please let me know how to use them in different situations!

Difference between Nia, Naa, and Tua (and Adunay)

Hi there!

These are based on how I observed these words are used. 

1. Nia - here is...(when presenting something/someone)
"Here is my payment." Nia akong bayad.

2. Naa - there is... (presence of something/someone)
"There's someone in the house."  Naa'y tao sa sulod sa balay.

3. Tua - short form of didtoa (over there)
"My chicken farm is over there."  Tua akong manukan.

4. Adunay - similar to naa 
Adunay tao sa sulod sa balay.
