As said in the title. I'm confused about these words. Please let me know how to use them in different situations!

These are based on how I observed these words are used.
1. Nia - here is...(when presenting something/someone) "Here is my payment." Nia akong bayad.
2. Naa - there is... (presence of something/someone) "There's someone in the house." Naa'y tao sa sulod sa balay.
3. Tua - short form of didtoa (over there) "My chicken farm is over there." Tua akong manukan.
4. Adunay - similar to naa Adunay tao sa sulod sa balay.
